POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
ADMINISTRATION
MAGNE-B6 BOSTON is administered orally with a full glass of water.
DOSAGE
Adults: 6-8 tablets daily, divide the dose into 2-3 times.
Children over 6 years old: 4-6 tablets daily, divide the dose into 2-3 times.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to active ingredients or to any of excipients.
Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/minute).
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Children under 6 years old: Should be used the suitable pharmaceutical forms.
In the case of concomitant calcium deficiency, the magnesium deficiency should be treated before giving calcium.
Using the high doses of pyridoxine (> 200 mg per day) for a long time may cause the sensorial neuropathy (numbness and tingling extremities). The disorders are disappeared when patients discontinue this product.
This medicine contains sucrose. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Pregnancy
The use of MAGNE-B6 BOSTON can be considered during pregnancy if necessary.
Lactation
MAGNE-B6 BOSTON is indicated in nursing mother but the dose is not exceed 20 mg of vitamin B6 daily.

36 months from the manufacturing date. Do not use after the expiry date.
