EFFER-PARALMAX EXTRA with Paracetamol 650 mg is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old. Taking 1 pill each time, 4 to 6 hours in the period to next pill and maximum 6 pills per day.

EFFER-PARALMAX 250 (pack of dissolving orange flavor powder) with Paracetamol 250 mg and the usual dose of medicine that can be used:
Warning: To avoid the risk of overdose, please do not use more than 5 doses in 24 hours to reduce the fever and relieve the pain.
The usual dose for each age:
- Children from 1 to 2 years old: 120 mg paracetamol each time (equivalent 720 mg powder each time).
- Children from 2 to 3 years old: 160 mg paracetamol each time (equivalent 960 mg powder each time).
- Children from 4 to 5 years old: 1 pack each time.
- Children from 6 to 8 years old: 320 mg paracetamol each time (equivalent 1920 mg powder each time).
- Children from 9 to 10 years old: 400 mg paracetamol each time (equivalent 2400 mg powder each time).
- Children over 11 years old: 2 packs each time.
