BOSTON PHARMA GROWS DUE TO SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

On December 15, 2022, Mr. Luong Dang Khoa, CEO of Boston Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, held a seminar called "Abreast" to share Boston Pharma's success with the Vietnamese business community. The seminar was hosted by FPT as part of the FPT Summit and FPT Techday 2022.

Since 2019, Boston Pharma has applied digital transformation and leveraged technology to comprehensively digitize operating processes to maximize the benefits of costs and resources.

Mr. Luong Dang Khoa said: "In 2021, Boston Pharma's sales exceeded the target, which caused great pressure on the workload for employees, and the digital transformation has increased performance. Business management has also become more effective when operating procedures were reduced. The achievements of Boston Pharma in 2019 include the implementation of SAP S/4HANA software, a mobile app, an office robot, an AI virtual switchboard, and Base software. These tools were effective during the COVID-19 pandemic, when everything was limited. Due to Boston's mobile applications supporting pharmacies to order products easily, that's Boston's strength among other businesses."
