METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Children about 9 - 13 years: 1 soft capsule everyday
Adults and children over 14 years: 2 soft capsules everyday

Adults and children over 9 years old. People with poor resistance, chronic fatigue, people recovering from sickness
